Acwa Compliance Line

Integrity as a core value

At Acwa, integrity shapes how we work, make decisions, and engage with our stakeholders. It is reflected in our Code of Conduct and the standards we apply across the business.

The Acwa Compliance Line provides a secure and confidential way for employees, contractors, business partners, and other stakeholders to report concerns or suspected misconduct related to misconduct, unethical behavior, or potential breaches of laws, regulations, or company policies. It serves as a whistleblower and ethics reporting channel.

Raising concerns early helps identify issues, address them appropriately, and protect our people, our operations, and our standards of accountability.

Protection for individuals who speak up

Acwa maintains a zero-tolerance approach to retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

  • No retaliation

No employee, contractor, or associated party will be subject to adverse action, harassment, discrimination, or any form of reprisal for reporting a concern honestly and responsibly.

  • Good faith reporting

Individuals remain protected even if a concern is not substantiated, provided the report was made with a genuine and reasonable belief that the information was accurate.

  • Accountability for retaliation

Any act of retaliation may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contractual relationship.

  • Confidentiality

Acwa takes appropriate measures to protect confidentiality and ensures that all reports are reviewed through a fair and objective process in line with applicable laws and internal policies.
